Back in Game
Back in Game marks the start of a new season, exploring how sport and wellbeing can help young people reduce stress, disconnect from screens, and reconnect with themselves and others.
Helping young people connect, learn, and thrive through non-formal education, digital innovation, and outdoor experiences.
Based in Brno, Czech Republic, we are a youth NGO focused on personal and professional development through international and local experiences.
“Creating opportunities for young people to grow locally and internationally — building confidence, open-mindedness, and real-life skills for a healthier, more connected life.”
Our work is guided by four key priorities that shape everything we do.
We create meaningful opportunities for young people through Erasmus+ projects, sport, and community engagement.
Jump into new adventures, meet new people, and make memories you'll never forget.

Take a look back at the projects, adventures, and memories we've created together across Europe.
Four Links hosted young people from seven countries in the mountains of Rokytnice nad Jizerou for Vibe Check, a youth exchange that treated wellbeing as something built day by day through reflection, teamwork, and shared routine.
Participants from across Europe came together in Czechia for the eXploreTech youth exchange to explore the world of IoT and responsible digital technologies through hands-on workshops, teamwork, and non-formal learning. Alongside gaining practical digital skills, participants built international friendships, discovered new cultures and developed greater confidence as active and responsible digital citizens.
Our team travelled from Czechia to the Portuguese coast to swap endless scrolling for building: a week of cameras, design and AI where our participants made something honest instead of just consuming the feed.
What happens when you bring together 52 energetic, ambitious, very-motivated young people from Romania, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, and the Republic of Moldova… and drop them in the middle of the mountains in Izvoare, Romania? You get a youth exchange full of creativity, big ideas, brainstorming, intercultural magic, and the birth of real young changemakers.
Our Czech participants joined a group from seven countries in Bodrogkeresztúr, Hungary, for Everyone Counts, a youth exchange that turned inclusion from a concept into a daily, hands-on practice.
